Ukrainian Astrologer Predicts the End of the War
A bold new prediction is making headlines across Eastern Europe: a Ukrainian astrologer claims he has calculated the most likely timeline for the end of the war in Ukraine. Using an ancient branch of Vedic astrology known as Jyotish, Kos Vedanta, a Kyiv-based astrologer, says the stars are pointing toward a major breakthrough in late 2025 or early 2026.
On his official website, Vedanta published a detailed analysis titled “When Will the War in Ukraine End?” (full article here). The prediction is based on a Prashna chart — a traditional astrological method where the exact time of a question is used to cast a horoscope. According to Vedanta, the Moon’s position during the moment of inquiry offers critical clues about peace negotiations and political decisions.
What the stars are saying
Vedanta explains that on July 24, 2025, the Moon was in the sign of Cancer, symbolizing government authority and diplomacy. This suggests, he says, that peace will not come purely from the battlefield but rather from political talks.
He highlights several key astrological factors:
- The Pushya Nakshatra – a star cluster ruled by Saturn, indicating both hope for stability and frustrating delays.
- Saturn retrograde in Pisces – symbolizing frozen negotiations, but also hinting at diplomacy eventually winning out.
- Mars in Leo – showing stubborn resistance and a prolonged struggle, but one that is not endless.
According to his calculations, the turning point could come as early as October–November 2025, when Saturn begins direct motion. This, Vedanta suggests, may spark serious negotiations or even a preliminary ceasefire. However, he believes the more realistic scenario is December 2025 through February 2026, when significant progress could lead to peace agreements.
“It won’t end overnight”
The astrologer is careful not to present his forecast as a miracle solution. “The war will not end suddenly,” Vedanta writes. “It will be a slow fading process, with diplomatic talks, pauses, and setbacks. But the main window of change is the end of 2025 to the beginning of 2026.”

Kos Vedanta has been practicing Jyotish for years, attracting a following not only in Ukraine but also internationally. Unlike many professionals in the field, who typically charge between $50 and $200 for consultations, Vedanta famously works on a donation basis, leaving the payment up to his clients.
