Punkvism × KPOP STATION — Partnership for Global RWA-Based Concerts and Retail Expansion

Punkvism, a blockchain-based Web3 project, has officially signed a partnership (MOU) with KPOP STATION, a leading K-POP retail brand in North America.

This partnership focuses on store operations, concert production, and RWA (Real World Asset)-based NFT initiatives, with the shared goal of jointly co-developing concert and retail projects across North and South America, including Brazil.

Under the agreement, both companies will collaborate extensively across K-POP retail planning, RWA-based NFT and token issuance, concert and event organization, localized marketing, global promotion, and brand collaboration.

Founded in 2020 in the United States, KPOP STATION has rapidly grown into a major K-culture retail powerhouse, operating 16 stores across five states and 16 cities within just three years. Since 2025, the company has expanded into mid-to-large-scale flagship stores, currently managing six and preparing to launch its 7th and 8th stores in Denver and Kansas next March.

KPOP STATION has led numerous high-profile projects, including Lisa’s “LALISA” photobook promotion (2022), HYBE BTS V “ART SPACE”, BLACKPINK’s 8th Anniversary Pop-Up, KRAZY SUPER CONCERT, and the official U.S. distribution of Cha Eun Woo’s 2025 photobook.
It has also supported U.S. promotional activities for artists such as BIBI, ATEEZ, NMIXX, MCND, ENHYPEN, and K-PLAY FEST, building a strong foundation in the global K-POP network.

KPOP STATION’s parent company, Kulture Alliance Inc. (KAI), has partnered with Feel Ghood Music to oversee artist branding and concert planning for BIBI and Tiger JK, further expanding its presence as a leading K-culture platform in the Americas.

Through this partnership, Punkvism will leverage its RWA blockchain infrastructure to tokenize concert tickets, retail IPs, merchandise, and digital content, establishing a new ecosystem where fans, creators, and enterprises can participate together through transparent blockchain systems.

With a particular focus on Brazil and Mexico, the two companies plan to launch a real-asset-linked Web3 platform model that integrates K-POP performances with RWA-based NFTs, transforming cultural experiences into verifiable digital assets.

Both parties aim to create powerful global synergy by combining Punkvism’s advanced blockchain technology and international Web3 network with KPOP STATION’s proven expertise in local distribution, concert production, and marketing.

This collaboration is expected to broaden the scope of the RWA ecosystem within the K-POP industry, bridging the physical and digital realms to establish a next-generation Web3 business platform that redefines fan engagement and cultural experience.

Hyun-ki Hwang, CEO of Punkvism, stated,

“This partnership marks the first integration of Punkvism’s RWA platform into global offline industries. Starting with Brazil, we plan to launch RWA NFT-based stores and concerts across the Americas, ushering K-POP culture into the Web3 era.”

The partnership represents the first phase of a broader global K-POP RWA ecosystem initiative, which will connect directly with Punkvism’s PunkChain mainnet and the development of its RWA Exchange, bridging the gap between the real and digital worlds.
