PUNKVISM and Korea Mobile Game Association Invite Brazilian Cultural and Game Industry Delegation to ‘G-STAR 2025

The Korea Mobile Game Association (Chairman Hwang Sung-ik), PUNKVISM Inc. (CEO Hyunki Hwang), and Eagle Capital Co., Ltd. (CEO Woo Yeon-ho) jointly announced on November 12 that they will invite a Brazilian Cultural and Gaming Industry Delegation during G-STAR 2025, Korea’s largest gaming exhibition, held in Busan from November 13 to 14, 2025 (Thursday–Friday).

The delegation consists of key figures from Brazil’s public and private sectors in culture and gaming. Among them are Andrea Guimarães and Milena Silvino Evangelista, who serve as Directors at the Creative Economy Department under the Ministry of Culture of Brazil. Also included is Wally Menezes, the President of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), along with senior officials from Abragames, the Brazilian Association of Game Companies.

Their visit is aimed at initiating full-scale industry exchange between Korea and Brazil in the gaming sector, while also seeking practical avenues for collaboration to support Korean game companies in expanding into the Latin American market.

The delegation will also engage in discussions on expanding Korean cultural content into Brazil through PUNKVISM’s Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization technology. Areas of interest include games, K-POP, and sports content, notably projects such as the Ronaldinho Soccer Show.

The delegates will visit the G-STAR 2025 venue at BEXCO in Busan, where they will explore the latest trends in Korean gaming and hold business meetings with major domestic game companies.

This visit is designed not only as a simple tour of the exhibition, but also as a strategic opportunity for in-depth policy and industrial dialogue aimed at promoting mutual development between the two nations’ gaming ecosystems.

During their stay, the delegation will conduct a series of meetings with key Korean public and government institutions, including the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Seongnam City; Busan City; the Game Rating and Administration Committee; the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency; and the Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency. Through these engagements, they will explore broader cooperation models across various Korean cultural industries, including artificial intelligence, film, digital content, and Web3.

In addition, discussions will take place on establishing multi-faceted support models and joint project initiatives through cooperation between local governments.

Sung-ik Hwang, Chairman of the Korea Mobile Game Association, stated:
“We believe this invitation marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between Korea and Brazil’s gaming ecosystems. The association will continue to champion global expansion efforts for Korea’s gaming industry.”

Hyunki Hwang, CEO of PUNKVISM, added:
“This milestone event represents a significant step in expanding the global footprint of Korean content through cutting-edge Web3 technologies such as RWA.
PUNKVISM is committed to serving as a strategic bridge by providing tangible business models and technological collaboration to support the successful entry of K-Games and K-Culture into the Latin American market.”

This invitation is widely seen as a new milestone in enhancing Korea–Brazil cooperation in cultural industries and in establishing a real-world economy model powered by RWA that connects traditional industries with the Web3 ecosystem.
