Dynamic Cables Limited Launches Dynamic House Wire With Fire Safety Insulation for Safer Home Wiring Across India
Dynamic Cables Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan and India recently introduced its Dynamic House Wire range designed to improve fire safety and reliability when installed as home electrical wiring or commercial building wire.
Dynamic House Wire is constructed using 100% electrolytic grade copper conductor with purity exceeding 99.95%, to ensure efficient power transmission, reduced energy loss and overall increased reliability in household wiring systems.
The range is available in two variants. The first is the FR LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke and Halogen) wire, rated for 70°c operation. The second is the HR FR LSH (Heat Resistant Flame Retardant Low Smoke and Halogen) wire, rated for the higher operating temperature of 85° C. Both are approved under IS 694 and are rated for voltages up to 1100V.
The FR LSH variant is suited for general household wiring, including ceiling fan wiring and house electric board wiring. In the event of a fire, the insulation limits flame spread and significantly reduces the release of smoke and toxic gases. This improves visibility and allows more time for building occupants to evacuate safely.
The HR FR LSH variant operates at up to 85°c, as opposed to 70°c for conventional house wire products. This higher thermal rating makes it suitable for inverter home wiring and three phase home wiring where electrical loads are greater; more current can flow without degrading insulation over time, thus prolonging its working life and increasing overall system longevity.
Dynamic House Wire insulation features an oxygen index above 30%; normal indoor air contains roughly 21% oxygen; thus requiring levels greater than 30% in order for combustion processes to occur, it resists ignition under typical building conditions, an independently measurable fire safety benchmark for house wiring products.
Dynamic House Wire is manufactured using lead free insulation compounds, eliminating harmful heavy metals from the wiring material. The range is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations. These standards govern the safe use of materials in manufacturing and are recognised globally.
Dynamic House Wire is available in 200 metre and 300 metre coil packs in standard colours: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, and Green. Custom colours are available on specific orders. The range is suitable for new residential installations, electrical upgrades, home electrical wiring systems, and structured commercial building wire projects.
