Brazilian becomes a reference in business and corporate education in the US after creating a billion-dollar ecosystem

João Douglas da Silva, better known as Joe, is a name that has been gaining prominence in the United States as an example of business success with social impact. Founder of the DX Group, he created the DX Business Center, the largest business hub run by Brazilians in the US. In just one year, the companies operating within the center generated more than 2 billion dollars.

But Joe also stood out for transforming his practical experience into academic knowledge. In one of his main articles, published in the Systematic Scientific Journal, he proposes a mentoring model aimed at immigrant entrepreneurs, focusing on self-confidence, support networks and purposeful leadership.

Another important work was published in Lumen et Virtus, where Joe presents the project The Billion Trilogy — a training system for entrepreneurs based on augmented and virtual reality experiences. The idea is to prepare entrepreneurs to make difficult decisions and act strategically, as if they were leading large corporations.

In addition to the articles, Joe also released the book “From First to Second Business”, which has become a must-read for anyone looking to grow in the business world with planning and vision.
