Chaz Aurilia: Making His Mark as He Reaches a New Milestone, Earning a Spot on the 2026 PGA TOUR Americas

Chaz Aurilia is quickly making his mark on professional golf, currently competing on the 2026 PGA TOUR Americas and already having made his PGA TOUR debut in 2025 at the Barracuda Championship in Lake Tahoe — two major highlights of his young professional career so far.

Aurilia’s PGA TOUR debut came at the 2025 Barracuda Championship in Lake Tahoe, where the Scottsdale native advanced through Monday qualifying to earn his place in the field and tee it up on one of the PGA TOUR’s biggest stages — a tremendous accomplishment early in his professional career.

Aurilia earned his spot on the ultra-competitive PGA TOUR Americas with full status for the 2026 season, competing throughout South America and Canada. After earning conditional status in 2025, achieving full status marks a significant milestone in his young career and provides an important platform, giving him his first full opportunity to compete consistently at the professional level.

A former University of Arizona and SMU golfer, Aurilia turned professional at the end of 2024 following an accomplished amateur career highlighted by winning the prestigious 57th Pacific Coast Amateur Championship at Chambers Bay, advancing to U.S. Open Sectionals, and reaching No. 152 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR). Aurilia also competed in two U.S. Amateur Championships at Pinehurst and Hazeltine.

Supported by premier golf brands Titleist, PING, and Melin, Aurilia continues to build his professional career with his sights set on earning a permanent place on the PGA TOUR.
