Feenie’s Table Fully Funded on Kickstarter Within 20 Hours, Redefining Inclusive Luxury Tableware

Dubai / London — October 2025. In an impressive show of global support, Feenie’s Table — a premium inclusive tableware brand inspired by real family life and the desire to represent different eating styles — was recently awarded Kickstarter’s coveted “Project We Love” badge after reaching its $27K funding target within just 20 hours of launch.

Kickstarter, a global crowdfunding platform, allows creators to test ideas and build community support before moving into full-scale production.

At the heart of the brand is its hero plate, a design that blends inclusive functionality with timeless luxury. Crafted in new bone china, the plate features a dedicated section that protects the most important part of a meal—an innovation created for the way people actually eat. The idea was inspired by founder Feenie Khan’s daughter, who has ADHD and prefers her food kept separate, and by Feenie’s own experiences growing up with South Asian meals that never fit on traditional flat plates. After nearly two years of product development, and with multiple manufacturers insisting the design would be impossible to mold in this delicate material, Feenie’s Table defied convention to bring the concept to life.

The result is more than a plate—it’s a symbol of cultural and sensory inclusivity wrapped in the elegance of fine design. The campaign has already drawn backers from over 40 countries, proving that good design transcends geography and culture.

The campaign runs until the end of October, with many independent artists and chefs already requesting custom designs and collaborations to represent their stories, experiences and cultures.

“I’m delighted and humbled by the support we’ve received. Our goal wasn’t just to make a plate, but to start a new design language around how people share meals — one that reflects culture, inclusion, and representation. Being backed by over 40 countries shows we’re not alone in that vision and it’s incredible to see,” said Feenie Khan, founder of Feenie’s Table.

With deliveries expected in February 2026, Feenie’s Table is now preparing for its next chapter, including collaborations, design partnerships, and storytelling projects that reimagine what it means to gather at the table.
