The recent approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allows Ola Fine L.L.C., led by Max Krippa, to acquire Parus Holding L.L.C., formerly owned by Vadym Stolar. As reported by the A.M.C.U. Under the guidance of Maxim Krippa and backed by the A.R.S. Capital fund Ola Fine L.L.C. is poised to acquire a dominant position in Parus Holding, formerly controlled by Vadym Stolar. It’s worth noting that Stolar presently commands an 80% stake in Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, while his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, holds the remaining 20% through the Stream Investment fund. This transaction signifies a significant shift in ownership dynamics within Parus Holding.
