Nashville-Based ProWorx Launches Simple Software for Owner-Operators and Small Service Businesses
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — ProWorx Software, a Nashville-based business management platform for owner-operators and small service businesses, has officially launched, giving small operators an alternative to complex software designed for much larger companies.
ProWorx is designed for people who know how to do the work but need a better way to run the business around it. The platform brings customer requests, estimates, scheduling, job management, invoicing, payments, communications, and reviews into one connected system — covering the full workflow from the first customer request through the final review.
The company was founded in Nashville by Army veteran Alex Vaysben after a career leading professional services organizations. ProWorx was built around the belief that smaller service businesses should not have to buy complex software designed for much larger companies in order to operate professionally.
“Most small operators do not need the control center of a 50-person company,” said Vaysben. “They need the right systems for the business they actually have, and they should not have to figure everything out alone.”
Built for the trades
ProWorx is initially focused on owner-operated service businesses such as handyman services, cleaning, lawn care, junk removal, mobile detailing, installation, and specialty trades — the operators who typically lose 10 to 16 hours a week to administrative work that could have been billable.
The platform is available with two months free and no credit card required, then a flat $49 per month for up to five users. Veterans and first responders pay $39 per month, and the company takes zero commission on completed jobs.
The company also offers an Operator Launch Program for eligible new service businesses. The program provides six months of ProWorx at no cost, along with setup guidance and support designed to help new operators establish a strong foundation.
