The research by global sports insights platform Smart Betting Guide analyzed Rugby Sevens performance over five seasons using official tournament point data from 2021 to 2025. The study reveals which men’s national teams dominated the rankings over the period.

Argentina ranks first with an average of 101.8 points between 2021 and 2025, maintaining top-tier consistency with 181 points in 2023, 106 in 2024, and 104 in 2025. Their strong overall momentum places them as the team to beat.

Fiji ranks second with an average of 91 points between 2021 and 2025. With 157 points in 2023 and a solid 96 points in 2025, Fiji remains a perennial powerhouse with a reputation for explosive, fast-paced rugby.

France (6th) had 75.6 average points, followed by England (7th) and Ireland (8th), both tied at 71. The USA (9th) recorded 55.2, and Great Britain (10th) rounded the list at 53.4.
