R6 ESP: operator ability icons and deployed gadget markers

An operator ability icon and a marker for a deployed gadget describe different things. Inferno names Operator Abilities and Abilities Icon Size. Diamond Lite names gadget ESP. At Surch, we keep those features separate when explaining our R6 cheats.

Inferno’s operator ability icons

Inferno displays operator abilities and includes a separate adjustment for the size of their icons. The subject is the operator’s ability. The size adjustment changes the icon’s scale on screen.

This belongs alongside Inferno’s player ESP functions, which include boxes, skeletons, snaplines and a health display. A box outlines a player, a skeleton traces the player’s body, and a snapline points towards the player’s position. Ability icons add another named element to that description.

The presence of an ability icon does not establish a marker for every device an operator has placed. It also does not establish a countdown or a remaining-charge readout. Those would be separate features requiring their own confirmation.

Diamond Lite’s gadget ESP

Diamond Lite identifies gadget ESP separately from player ESP. The subject here is a supported gadget, rather than an icon describing an operator’s ability.

Consider the difference between identifying an operator and locating a device that has been deployed. Those are different questions in Siege. A feature description that names only the first should not be used as proof of the second.

That is the practical reason to keep the terminology precise. “Operator Abilities” and “gadget ESP” are not alternate names for one confirmed function across both products.

Compare the feature you need

If you are comparing player ESP, look at the exact player features named for each cheat. If you are comparing device coverage, read the gadget description. If you want operator ability icons, check for that function specifically.

Inferno confirms operator ability icons with adjustable icon size. Diamond Lite confirms gadget ESP. Keeping that distinction intact makes the comparison useful without promising device coverage, timers or behaviour that the exact product does not name.
