SVG Genie Expands Beyond AI Vector Generation With New 3D Visual Production Toolkit

SVG Genie announced the expansion of its AI-powered design platform into 3D visual production, giving creators a single place to generate vector graphics, reconstruct 3D models, prepare printable files, and deliver interactive assets for the web.
The SVG Genie 3D toolkit extends the platform beyond its text-to-SVG and image-vectorization workflows. Users can now turn reference images into textured GLB models, create STL files for fabrication, extrude PNG or SVG artwork into three-dimensional forms, prepare models for Three.js projects, and edit Gaussian splat scenes in the browser.
SVG Genie was built to remove the friction between an idea and a usable design asset. A creator can describe a logo, icon, illustration, or pattern in plain language and receive an editable SVG with scalable vector paths. Raster artwork can be converted into SVG; browser tools support editing, color changes, optimization, and React or Vue exports.

The 3D release introduces five outcome-focused workflows. Image-to-3D reconstructs a full textured object from a visual reference. Image-to-STL creates a mesh that can be inspected and prepared for printing. PNG-to-STL and SVG-to-STL turn logos, badges, silhouettes, and heightmaps into controlled extrusions locally in the browser. Image-to-Three.js pairs a generated GLB with a practical implementation handoff. Gaussian Splat Studio enables local-first inspection, cropping, cleanup, optimization, and export of splat scenes.
SVG Genie validates generated GLB files, stores completed assets behind signed access, and returns reserved previews or credits when generation or validation fails. Local extrusion and splat-editing workflows are available without sending source files through an AI generation job.
