Klaviyo Agency YOCTO Focuses Its Practice on Subscription Brands in Health, Wellness and Consumer Goods

The retention agency concentrates on subscription businesses running on Klaviyo in three verticals, with client results published by seven software platforms
NICOSIA, Cyprus, September 2026 – Klaviyo agency YOCTO, which runs email, SMS and subscription retention for direct-to-consumer brands, has focused its practice on one kind of client: subscription businesses in health, wellness and consumer goods that keep their customer data on Klaviyo. The positioning follows a relaunch of the agency’s website this month and reflects the shape its client roster has taken over the past several years.
The move runs against the direction most agencies take. Klaviyo’s partner directory lists more than 6,000 agencies, and the majority offer email alongside paid media, brand design or web development. YOCTO offers none of those. Its strategists work only inside Klaviyo and the subscription platforms that connect to it, including Loop, Skio and Recharge, and each carries roughly seven accounts, so the person who reads a brand’s cohort data is the same person who builds what customers receive.
“A supplement brand on subscription has different economics from a fashion brand or a furniture brand,” said George Kapernaros, founder of YOCTO. “The first order is often sold at a loss, the profit sits in renewals, and the page a customer sees when they try to cancel matters more than any campaign. We want to be the agency that has solved that exact problem many times over, not the one that has done everything once.”
The agency’s work is documented by the platforms themselves rather than by the agency alone. Loop Subscriptions recorded an eightfold increase in subscriber acquisition at the beauty brand Ever Eden over three months, a window that included the holiday gifting season. BetterMe, a health and fitness app, grew email and SMS revenue by more than 400% on a program YOCTO built from scratch. ColonBroom reached $1 million a week in email revenue. Klaviyo, Skio, Paper Run, Opensend, Zaymo and Bubblehouse have each published a YOCTO-credited case study under their own names, bringing the total to seven platforms.
YOCTO holds Platinum partner status with Loop Subscriptions and a 4.9 out of 5 rating on Clutch. Kapernaros sits on Klaviyo’s Partner Advisory Council. Reporting to clients is built around gross margin, first-order contribution, payback period and cohort lifetime value rather than opens and clicks. “Our clients’ finance teams read our reports without translation,” Kapernaros said. “That is only possible because we run a narrow set of problems for a narrow set of brands, and we have run them for years.”
