Tajweed Al-Quran for Sisters (Urdu)
Taught by instructor Aisha Usmani, the sisters’ course follows a similar 6-month, 48-session structure and is delivered in Urdu to make the material more accessible for Urdu-speaking students. Like the brothers’ course, it walks students through the science of proper Quranic recitation — from precise pronunciation to the essential rules of Tajweed — while also emphasizing the spiritual dimension of recitation as an act of worship and personal growth.

A Structured Path, Not Just a Class
Both courses are part of Usmani Academy’s broader Quran Tajweed Program, which also includes an advanced Tajweed Ijazah Course for students who wish to pursue formal certification and a connected chain of transmission (isnad) back to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
